We start with an in-depth conversation, going through your consultation form together, with time to really explore your skin history, concerns and goals. Then I carry out a detailed skin analysis, assessing your skin's condition, structure, tone and texture. This is a crucial step: it tells me exactly what your skin needs and shapes everything that follows.

The hands-on treatment brings together facial massage and Neurotris Pico Wave microcurrent, the two techniques that form the heart of my signature Rachel Hicks Remodel. You'll feel how microcurrent works at a cellular level to re-energise and lift, and how Face Remodelling massage addresses muscle tone, circulation and drainage in a way that goes far deeper than a conventional facial.
