You will leave the clinic looking like you have mild sunburn. This could last up to 72 hours but most clients’ skin returns to normal within 48 hours. Most clients make plans to work from home the day after. I recommend avoiding makeup, active skincare ingredients and direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours post-treatment.

You'll likely notice an immediate improvement in radiance and texture, but the real results develop over the following 14-21 days as collagen production kicks in, and continue to improve for up to six weeks during the remodelling phase. This is why we space treatments at least 6 weeks apart.

Microneedling is suitable for most skin types. However, it is not recommended for anyone with active acne, certain skin conditions, compromised immunity, or those taking blood thinning medication. This is all assessed thoroughly during your consultation before any treatment takes place. Microneedling is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
